We will confirm we can service your device. Once approved we will email you mailing instructions and an RAN document for submitting your defective device for repair.
If your device is under warranty, coverage will be determined once device is received and inspected. If the repair does not fall under the warranty, you will be contacted for approval and payment before the device is repaired.
