To start remote support click on the link below. You will be asked to run a small file that will download first. Choose RUN and OK or YES to any security questions.
This program will run temporarily on your computer for assistance and does not require administrative privileges. By providing your ID and Password for this program you are giving the tech support agent access to view and control your desktop during the tech support session. Once the connection is terminated the tech support agent will no longer have access to your desktop. If you have any questions please ask your tech support agent.
Before starting remote support make sure all sensitive information is closed and/or not visible on screen. The only password that should be shared is the remote support software ID and password.
